October 8, 2013 – Los Angeles, CA - Bexel provided support to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, along with several broadcasters and production teams covering the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on September 22. Starting on the red carpet with E! Entertainment to NEP mobile production trucks, TV Guide Network, and NBC‰'s syndicated broadcast of Access Hollywood, Bexel‰'s systems and engineers provided broadcast solutions so audiences could enjoy every moment, from celebrity interviews to fashion close-ups. Bexel provided a combination of fiber optic infrastructure, monitoring, microphones and intercom systems for all the host positions on the red carpet. Bexel‰'s lead intercom and RF engineers were also on site to oversee operations and facilitate any last-minute needs of the shows.

For the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards show, various outsourced remote television production services, including NEP, relied on Bexel for rack systems and 4K cameras connected to the Evertz DreamCatcher, the next generation in slow-motion replay technology that offers real-world 4K benefits for live productions. Bexel recently purchased two DreamCatcher systems to augment their 4K offerings for live production and major sports broadcasts.
